Rehab Consultants of WNY, was recently formed owned by George Watson. This company specializes in consulting for the HUD 203(k) and Fannie Mae Home Improvement Loans Packages.

Currently, there are two HUD approved consultants on staff with Rehab Consultants: George and Frank Watson. George Watson is also an approved 203(k) consultant training instructor. All of our consultants use the ISB system.

Rehab Consultants of WNY provides the NEW way of processing the 203(k). The role of the consultant, which is a key role, is changing rapidly and is documented in HUD Mortgagee Letter 95-40 dated September 13, 1995 and subsequent mortgage letters.
