Frank is a 1993 graduate of Professional Home Inspector Institute and has over 27 years full-time experience with over 20,000 home inspections accomplished. His technical and mechanical background comes from over 11 years experience in U.S. Navy Nuclear Power Program, U.S. Navy Submarine Fleet, and Newport News Shipbuilding Co. Frank is a 1994 graduate of ISB 203(k) Consultant Training and is a registered HUD 203(k) Consultant/Inspector with over 1,000 HUD 203(k)’s and Fannie projects accomplished. Frank is a 2003 graduate of Radalink Radon Gas Measurement Operators Training and is a registered N.E.H.A. Radon Gas Measurement Provider with over 2,000 Radon tests accomplished. Frank is currently qualified and is appointed as a New York State Code Enforcement Officer/Building Inspector for two municipalities.
